Role accountabilities:
-Lead development of yearly business plan and annual sales and marketing plan for Nancang and related area for sales via distributors.
-Deliver annual business plan results from distributor sales against agreed KPIs for Nancang and related area of Foodservice business.
-Develop a distributor strategy that is consistent with target channels and geographies, and ensure its consistent execution at regional level.
-Lead area development of distributor-based channel strategy for China Foodservice.
-Develop and maintain strong relations with key customers and distributor partners.
-Lead demand creation activities through the development and execution of effective promotional and technical support programmes.
-Lead sales staff training and development for regional sales team, building a high-performing culture.
-Ensure staff have the necessary tools (product/financial) to meet their plan targets.
-Lead innovation execution (sales) for the region.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree, majored in Food, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors;
-At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG related senior sales, channel or business management role, preferably B2B;
-Further 3 years minimum accounts sales experience.
