职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1、Planning
a) Organize project team. Define team responsibilities and project scope to make sure each team member deeply understand project target/duration /cost and relevant critical issues.
b) Develop project management plan in advance, including time management plan, cost management plan, quality management plan and risk management plan;
1. Project Implementation and Status Tracking
a) Lead and host reviews of product design, function and safety.
b) Responsible for the cross function coordination to ensure the projects smoothly go through define, design, validation and manufacturing
c) Strategic planning and controlling from the stage of design to mass production.
d) Responsible for the daily project operation, schedule management and risk
handling. Lead project team to achieve on-time within budget while ensuring customer and internal interests are satisfied.
e) Regularly tracking on project status to monitor the whole process and generate related reports.

JOB REQUIREMENT职位要求：
1、Bachelor Degree or above
b) Experience工作经验: 5年以上在项目管理的相关经验。5+ Years related experience.
d) Personal Attributes & Competencies能力和技能:
- Excellent communication and team-work
- Good at planning and logic-thinking. Strong coordination and influencing skills
- Strong project management skills; Be familiar with manufacturing operation
