Responsibilities：
1. Work under the supervision of Technical and culinary head advisor;
根据技术总顾问的要求完成各种工作；
2.Be part of technical team to support all products from Elle & Vire and Corman； (Hotels - Restaurants - Pastry chains - Catering);
作为技术团队一员，为餐饮客户提供烘焙产品技术服务与支持。(酒店-餐厅-烘焙连锁店-配餐公司) ；
3.Focus on existing customers and support the development of new potential customers and KA;
重点关注现有客户以及支持开发有潜力的新客户，大客户；
4.Develop new recipes;
开发新配方；
5.Give demonstrations: at customer sites, in our own Culinary Center, at professional trade fairs - individual and group demonstrations；
做产品演示会：在客户方，我司培训中心，展会-可以参与个人或者团队演示会；
6.Give technical advice to customers； (trouble shooting support, recipe adaptation support…)
为客户提供技术指导与建议；（为客户解决疑难问题，配方改良等支持…）
7.Assist in the image building process； (pictures, leaflets, packaging, video, etc…)
协助树立品牌形象；（照片，产品单页，包装，视频等…）
8.Train colleagues, distributors and customers in North China.
参与培训全国同事，经销商和中国北区的客户。

Profile :
1.Strong experience and references in bakery team of 5 stars hotels or bakery/pastry chain； (pastry chain preferred, at least 5 years in the field)
丰富的5星级酒店或连锁饼房烘培经验；（有烘焙连锁工作经验者优先考虑，至少5年工作经验）
2.Preferrably strong pastry skills；
有出色西点技术背景者优先考虑；
3.Highly skilled in pastry production western and Chinese；
熟悉中西式烘焙产品制作；
4.Strong ability in teaching and sharing experience；
良好的教学和分享经验能力；
5.Excellent communication skills needed,Outgoing character. Strong sense of initiative, strive for continuous improvement. Highly reactive to adjust smoothly to new environments，Autonomous；
优秀的沟通技巧，性格开朗，主动性强，能快速适应新的环境，自律自主性强；
6.Is not frighten of speaking in front of an audience；
敢于在公共场合演讲；
7. Very creative；
有创造力；
8.A true team player who works in a customer-oriented and problem-solving way；
有团队合作精神，以客户为首，善于解决问题的能力；
9.Conversational and technical English is a must；
会日常英语交流，懂技术英语者优先考虑；
10.Consider around 50% of working time in business trips national wide.
约有50%的工作时间需要在国内各地出差。
