Role accountabilities:
-Keep all RSM and TMM fully understanding our global approaches of business with K/A
-Keep all RSM and TMM fully understanding our local approaches of business with K/A
-Identify risks between K/A and us, and bring up your solution plans
-Sort out issues and give your proposals on favourable solutions. Never keep issues on ignorant pending
-Analyse on sales volume vs. trading terms cost, ensure the trend of output vs. cost in a favourable move to us, ensure to avoid any repetitive trade investment
-Present to management all trading terms cost and additional expenses from sales team with captured volume to show a clear picture that we are the best in the market
-Negotiate with K/A every detail of the terms for contract signing process
-Regularly evaluate volume performance, and explain volume variance to management
-Provide with logical reasons and convincing data
-Train the sales team to know our K/A policies and strategy plus internal functions of K/A, in order to provide K/A with good service, and to maintain a constructive relationship of both sides
-Maximise your supporting to your sales co-ordinators for their good knowledge and proper attitude when in contact with K/A
-Set up a regular reporting system to link the management's knowledge to the market realities over the key performance points of our business with K/A
Qualifications:
-Strong & healthy relationship with K/A.
-Sensitive to sales data & trading term,
-Over 4 years K/A practical experience including at least 2 years in managerial level.
-Project management: manage and motivate entire team to complete projects
-Professional customer selling / mgt. skills
-Negotiation/problem solving skills
-Strong analytical/time management skills
-Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management)
