职位描述：
Business Development (Senior) Manager

Job Accountabilities:
? Maps territory’s key cities’ key trade zones based on consumer insights and market data and maintains/updates on seasonal basis

? Providing analysis and data support to manage annual and seasonal door planning process in collaboration with other functions (Operations, Marketing, Finance)

? Provides strategic view on future marketplace growth opportunities (geography, landlord, channel formats & etc) that will inform future marketplace planning and management strategy for assigned marketplace

? Negotiating contract with landlord to get a better term.

Job Qualifications:
? China real estate knowledge and experience
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Landlord relationships
? Planning and Analytical skills
? Ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action
? Knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace
? Understanding of the competitive market, customers and retail trends
? Strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications
