职位描述：
1. 5 years or above working experience on handbag cutting manager, know well handbag material properties, force direction and cutting direction;
熟悉各种手袋物料的特点及开料方向，熟悉各种手袋物料的受力方向，5年以上手袋行业裁床主管相关工作经验。无手袋行业裁床工作经验请勿投
2. Know well the material layout and mold building;
熟悉手袋的排刀和模具的打造
3. Master at calculate handbag consumption;
精通手袋用量计算
4. Good at communication, coordination, organization and controllability;
有良好的沟通，协调，组织，控制能力
5. Have enough experience to control and manage the operation of the whole cutting room efficiently, independently;
独立有效控制管理整个裁床的生产运作，有丰富的实践经验
6. Keeping organized, resourceful, grasping material properties precisely and arranging schedule reasonably;
做事有条理，准确把握面料特性，应变能力强，合理安排计划
7. Able to work independently, mature, having positive work attitude, diligent.
能够独立工作，思想成熟，有积极的工作态度，能吃苦耐劳
