Our client is a European agricultural machin manufacturer.
The purpose of this role is to design and develop moderately complex product and component concepts for release to production in a manner to ensure superior performance, durability, reliability, quality and service ability for the Chinese domestic market.
岗位职责：
+ Conceive and provide practical design solutions for a variety of functional requirements.
+ Preparation and delivery of complex product designs using a CAD system
+ Work with testing, workshop & suppliers to bring about timely introduction of designs
+ Provide guidance and technical support to other departments as required.
+ Conduct design calculations, simulation and analysis to back up design solutions
+ Prepare and maintain engineering records including bill of materials and test & validation reports.
任职要求：
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Master's degree considered a plus.
+ At least 8 years' design working experience
+ Good at both spoken and written English
+ Equivalent qualification
+ Experience in design and testing of On/Off-highway vehicles (Construction, Agricultural & Industrial sectors) (2+ years)
+ Trained in the use of CAD software (8+years), Siemens NX is preferred.
+ Knowledge of industrial process technologies such as casting, welding, machining, etc.
+ Capable of working independently and using own initiative to see a job through to its logical conclusion within the deadline set by their manager.
+ The job holder must be able to accept change and respond appropriately. They must be flexible and willing to accept a variety of tasks as assigned.
+ Ability to communicate in English - Written and spoken at some level
+ Computer literate - MS office etc.
