职位描述

Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-


- To implement the Auto Industry Board 5 year Strategy.

- Build extensive relationship with both internal SBUs and external Auto customers.

- Leverage cross SBUs resources and OEM relationship to facilitate business can maximize the value extraction from Auto customers .

- Identify the potential opportunity, test the opportunity through working with decision maker and field value studying.

- Lead RMA for commercial market and explore the business opportunity.

- Lead pilot projects to validate the opportunity, form strong value proposition offering for Auto industry, make the business breakthrough.

- Work with MC to build up the strong brand position in the Auto industry.

- Work with Auto center to complete product/application commercialization cycle in Auto OEM.

- Previous experience managing existing and developmental Auto OEM customers, at least 2 years direct sales experience in Auto OEM industry.

- Business development practice & principle, demonstrated capability to spec-in new products / applications to Auto OEM.

- Customer Orientation, understand the value to work close to customers' process.

- Previous experience managing existing and developmental Auto OEM customers, at least 2 years direct sales experience in Auto OEM industry.

- Business development practice & principle, demonstrated capability to spec-in new products / applications to Auto OEM.

- Be able to chart the course, understand the route to get job done.

- Industry Knowledge and understand OEM decision making process.

- Strong internal alignment capability and gain commitment from others.

- Relationship building at various levels.

- Influence without position power.

- Project Management Skills.

- Top line growth BB is a strong plus.

- Visionary, insightful.

- Enthusiastic, be able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks simultaneously .

- Team player.

- Flexible and Persistent.
