Key objectives
1.Be responsible for the development of business start up projects-new products, distribution channels, new partners including objective and measurable goals settings.
2.Manage, control and supervise start up / roll out, coordinate resources from various departments.

Duties and responsibilities
1.Development of business start up-key business initiatives of Company.
2.Ultimate goal is to ensure delivery of successfully tested project with key deliverables on or above initial objectives and targets and prepare roll out to whole country.
3.Project planning.
4.Set up valuation criteria for stop or go of project / roll out.
5.Apply project methodology, follow company processes / standards and relevant laws and regulations.
6.Team & resources management/coordination within various departments-mainly Network Sales, Product & Marketing, Risk, IT.

Requirements
A. Education: University degree.
B. Experience and Skills
1.Minimum 5 years working experience, at least 3 years experiences in project or business development.
2.Working & training experience from an international environment is an advantage.
3.Banking / Insurance / Retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
4.Experience in sales (retail, direct sales....) is an advantage.
5.Ability to deal with ambiguity and limited resources.
6.Strong communication, interpersonal, project management and analytical skill.
7.Target orientated and self-managed, good negotiator.
8.Open mind, ready to learn new things.
9.Advanced PC skills-(MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is must, MS Project, Visio is an advantage.
10.Good knowledge of financial products-loans, credit cards, insurance.
C. English requirement:Native Chinese, Excellent English-written & oral.
