GlobalExec was established in 1996 with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking high-caliber professionals to join the successful team.
Responsibilities & Requirements:-
- Working closely with internal colleagues within Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou offices.
- Serving existing clients and developing new business in Hong Kong and PRC region.
- Minimum 5 years working experience with the most recent 2 years in Recruitment or Executive Search industry.
- Familiar with Legal, Banking & Finance, FMCG, Government, or IT / Telecom industry is a MUST.
- Proven successful track record with solid customers contact and relationship building.
- With the ability to develop new customers and coach with senior level of professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work independently and under great pressure.
- Aggressive and with strong desire to success.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- We have a strong Business Development Team and we have many Grade A Customers!
- We have an excellent internal support team with more than 20 staffs to help out Consultants in preparing candidate profiles, Contracts preparation etc.
