职位描述

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Responsible for managing the job performance of a regional audit team. Execute the TSS Global Compliance program and procedures for all Target owned brand vendors and Department Store Group clients in the region. Provide training for vendors, factories, 3rd party auditors and local TSS in the region.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Hires, trains, and develops a team of auditors.
? Monitors auditor’s performance and execution of compliance audit protocol and execution of Target’s program requirements.
? Conducts periodic reviews of auditor reports for accuracy, completeness and consistency with program; ensures consistency with process and procedures and follows best methods.
? Monitors 3rd party auditor performance in country of responsibility to ensure program consistency and execution; provides training as needed.
? Is responsible for ensuring audits and follow up audits are conducted in a timely manner.
? Monitors team’s level of service for completing audit reports and submission to Minneapolis for processing.
? Continually reviews reporting tools for measurement of performance and results; provides feedback to team members and prepares mid-year and annual performance appraisals for direct reports.
? Conducts unannounced factory audits as needed and/or for special requests.
? Ensures best methods are written and updated as needed.
? Provides feedback to Minneapolis on standard operating policies, best methods, audit form and audit manual on a periodic or as needed basis to improve program.
? Develops a working knowledge of the specific country/province laws and international regulations for workers where Target owned brand product is produced; acquires and share in-depth knowledge of countries in assigned region.
? Provides training for local TSS, vendors, factories and 3rd party service providers as requested.
? Assists in vendor and/or factory resolution of compliance issues as directed by Minneapolis or Hong Kong teams.
? Provides vendor and factory information from local perspective to assist in determining risk assessment and identifying vendors and specific factories to audit.
? Manages expenses for team; approves weekly travel reports and reimbursements and assists in budget process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
? Degree holder with emphasis in International Business, Imports, or related business experience
? 4 years management experience, preferably in Compliance, Quality Assurance, Merchandising, Imports, Transportation or Sourcing or related previous work experience at Target
? Proven leadership skills; interpersonal, communication and conflict management
? Demonstrated ability to recognize interrelationships and handle complex situations
? Proven ability to drive change and manage execution
? Strong cognitive skills: problem analysis and decision making
? Demonstrated ability to anticipate and address questions from all levels
? Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
? Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of initiative
? Detail-oriented with ability to analyze and format data clearly and concisely
? Ability to handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
? Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
? Strong computer aptitude, proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
? Regular travel within region and occasional international travel

Desired requirements
? 5 or more years of leadership experience
? Knowledge of U.S. Customs
? Knowledge of manufacturing
? Multilingual, with fluency in other foreign languages
