岗位职责：
1、通过阿里IM和客户沟通，解答客户提出的各种问题，最终达成交易；
2、熟悉店内宝贝的相关情况，有效针对不同的顾客进行推荐与解答；
3、清晰了解店内开展的活动，及时提醒顾客，备注其特殊要求，并与仓库及时沟通；
4、客户关系维护，处理相关客户投诉及纠纷问题，处理售后退换货及评价问题，协助上司完成各项工作；
5、引导顾客购买为主，协调处理一般性售后问题。

任职要求：
1、热爱网店客服工作，通晓网店客户的售前、售中、售后服务，熟悉淘宝后台操作；
2、打字速度快，反应敏捷，擅长同时与多位客户在线沟通；
3、亲和力强、个性开朗、工作耐心，具备销售技巧和服务意识；
4、勤奋好学，善于沟通，责任感强，执行力强，工作效率高，富有团队精神，乐于与他人协作；
5、有1年以上淘宝客服管理经验者优先；
