HRBP Responsibility:
o Working closely with Business Dept. and provide business supporting and suggestions on employee development and Caring ,working methodology & compliance, performance evaluation, offer proposal & compensation renew
o In-depth approach and familiar with business scenarios: Assist with management to make diagnosis & optimization of organization, work flow, staff configuration, resources allocation
o Make marketing analysis with Business Dept., assist Business Dept. to do relevant adjustments ,according to business development requirements
o Keep researching best practice of cooperation methodology between HR and Business Dept., and support line manager to implements company policy and relevant projects
Recruiting Responsibility:
o Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs (Cycle time/ Recruitment Cost/ Offer Acceptance/ % of probation passing etc ) and in accordance with company policies and standards;
o Interview (incl. coordination of interview arrangements) with hiring managers in an effective way to make hiring decision;
o Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status;
o Actively provide consultation for hiring managers about the recruitment strategy if necessary;
o Support Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategies by providing market intelligence in certain industry (e.g. competitors' ramp up plan, employer branding, recruiting and C&B bench mark, retention plan, etc.);
o Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.);
o Consistent utilization of E-recruiting in whole recruiting lifecycle.;
o Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts;
o Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability;
o Buildup business knowledge, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends;
o Actively support HR recruiting programs and projects;
Requirements:
o Bachelor above degree and HR related major.
o At least 8 years ‘experience working in international manufacturing company;
o Familiar with all kind of recruiting channel , good interview and communication skill; Familiar with BP methodology;
o Team work;
o Good command of both oral and written English;
