ob Title : Quality Coordinator
Department : Igloo China Office
Reports to : VP of Operations – Asia

Desired results of the job:
Reducing defect rate during production stage to reduce the cost of waste, increase production efficiency.
Set up robust supplier management system regarding production, quality control, social compliance, security. Etc.
Keep improving product quality at supplier facilities by implement SCAR with suppliers

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
? Proficient in English at a level to speak, read and write. Work directly with both China suppliers and USA colleagues.
? Coordinating the inspections with vendors and inspectors/QEs
? Work directly with both China suppliers and US colleagues
? Responsible for reviewing open purchase order list with priority inspection from USA, new products and/or defects.
? Obtain lab quotations for USA approval prior to testing, in addition ensure samples are sent to the lab from the factory in a timely manner to meet strict deadlines
? Know about the process/procedure of customers, but not limit to, WM, Target, Costco, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Big Lots, CVS, Academy, etc., familiar with the audit requirements of those customers.
? Drive continuous improvement plan on quality system and production process
? Provide timely relevant statistics or reports for management reference
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, technical or science
2. Min 3 Years experience working in international branding company in quality
3. Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality system and SA 8000 system. GSV / C-TPAT will be a plus
4. Good communication skills
5. Excellent English for reading, writing and speaking
6. Good team player

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in textile engineering or relevant fields
