Role accountabilities:
- Support to establish the sales automatic system (ie, DIS, DMS, DMS interface with C&D, BI system ) to increase the working efficiency, regular maintain the system, as a communication bridge of Fonterra HQ & field team, IS and outside vendor. (40% working time)
- Support line manager to establish the sales operation process (ie, annual target setting & filing, quarterly review, monthly report process, etc), and take the ownership to control. (15% working time)
- National report centre, to generate regular report with insight to the whole team, to support the whole team to define the business opportunity and issues.(40% working time)
Report list:
1) SIP calculation
2) Bi-year SOW report
3) C&D sell out report by region/ by cluster/ by person, against budget, split to monthly, weekly, daily report (support SOP manager)
4) C&D inventory report (support SOP manager)
5) Distributor sell in/ sell out/ inventory report (support SOP manager)
6) Monthly FCST accuracy calculation
7) Monthly travel plan consolidation for Kefei’s approval
8) Ad-hoc report
Daily operation issues, like 1. consolidate for some ad-hoc needs, ie., national sales t-shirt size, wine consolidation, etc. 2. coordinator for national sales meeting back up with Mindy, etc. (5% working time)
Qualifications:
-Management degree, with good people management experience
-Over 10 years in Sales, good mix of both field sales experience and Trade development / Channel development role, or Key account management role
-Currently worked in Sales functional as national distributor management role, or channel development role, or senior role in regional sales or Marketing
-Someone worked in big FMCG, especially in Wrigley Company, Colgate-Palmotive
