职位描述

Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.


Responsibilities:-



- Manage and supervise the line to complete production schedule per the set up requirement, meeting both the volume and quality standard, control of scraps level, maximize the utilization of resources, manager downtime and able to perform to expectation.

- Oversee and coordinate all production activities.

- Knowledge of production process and relevant procedures.

- Evaluate personnel requirements based on business and employee needs.

- Evaluate training requirements, conduct and request necessary training as required.

- Recommend equipment, tooling, and processes to support business objectives.

- Support PM/Engineering group to meet scheduling of prototypes with Production Control.

- Enforce safety regulations and all company policies.

- Report any equipment that is not in safe operating condition and remove it from use.

- Strive to continually improve the function and operation of production

- Implement target management, ensure achieve each goal.

- Strengthen tool maintenance and management, reduce tool set up time.

- Control material usage, reduce material variance.

- Oversee all production lines and ensure that they are meeting goals and objectives.

- Develop and manage personnel and support personnel with conjunction to overall business plan.

- Evaluate and control spending for manufacturing operating.

- Evaluate and improve usage of current equipment and work methods.

- Work with Engineering to improve production processes and co-establish and follow improved work procedures.

- Ensure all production documentation is done accurately and in a timely fashion.



Requirements:-



- Flexible of working time and can accept shift work

- Good problem solving, decision-making, time-management, and organizational skills.

- English communication skills, both written and oral.

- Knowledge of personal computer software and equipment

- Attention to detail.

- Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a manufacturing setting.

- Service oriented with excellent interpersonal and organization skills.

- Ability to be decisive and work effectively under pressure.

- Ability to interview, select and organize people into teams to achieve production goals.

- High energy level and the ability to work extended hours when necessary.

- Experience with ERP system.

- Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical field or equivalent education and experience.

- Evidence of Continued Education and Training.

- 4+ years supervisory experience in a similar position required.
