ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
+ Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
+ Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
+ Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
+ Provides technical services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
+ Provides technical training to employees of client.
+ Responsible for exceeding annual sales budgets. (team and individual targets)
+ Participates in planning sales to established and potential markets.
+ Must be an effective communicator and be able to conduct group presentations.
+ Coaches/coordinates activities of distributor personnel engaged in sales and service of Haws products.
+ Responsible for regular training sessions not limited to:
> Joint call training of distributor sales personnel
> End user training
> Distributor Customer Service training
+ Must have strong knowledge of commercial trade.
+ Resolves customer complaints regarding equipment and services.
+ Operates at or below expense budget.
+ Regularly advises corporate marketing on needs in specific countries/markets for items not limited to-advertising, market collateral, samples, promotional items, catalog positions, etc...
+ Distribution Support-mostly reactive to technical questions with responses provided on a timely and accurate basis.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor
+ Must have 5+ years sales experience
+ MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
+ REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
+ PC SKILLS: STRONG use of computer software (such as MS Office) products with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ SELLING SKILLS: Proven ability to effectively communicate for positive sales results, and the ability to lead/coach the selling process with distributor personnel.
+ PRESENTATION SKILLS: Documented attendance and demonstrated skills in effective presentations. Clear communications skills in a group format that delivers results and secures objectives (buy in and support).
+ Fluent English speaking and written skills.
+ Chinese native speaker
+ Willing to work and live in Beijing
+ Willing to travel extensively in China
