Position title: Engineering Manager
Reporting to: Operation manager
Job description:
>>Lead and manage the process engineers
>>Lead and manage the maintenance team
>>Define and implement the standard operating procedures
>>Oversee the repair and maintenance of all production equipments and ensure that it is completely hazard-free
>>Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
>>Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
>>Determine and implement improvements to the production process
>>Lead and qualify new product introduction before move them to mass production
>>Prepare direct cost sheet for new project
>>Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary initiative for improvement
>>Training the team members and updating the company's equipments to maximize the output
>>Set department budgets
>>Manage department budgets
>>Implement cost control programs
>>Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, planning and production
Requirement:
>> bachelor degree, Electronics class, specialty mechanical engineering.
>>5 + years work experience as process engineer, 3+ years work experience as Manager level
>> Excellent English
>> Clear understanding of the operation for ISO9000, and ISO13485 is considered a plus
>> Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and organizational skills, be able to lead the operation of the entire project.
>> Experience of Line / Production, automation improvement, lean or 6 sigma process.
