Position Summary
Responsible for general office administration and HR functions.

Roles and Responsibilities
?Assist all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations
?Ensure that all registration and required filings with government agencies are promptly followed up
?Maintain a neat and accurate record of entries in the Monthly Book Reports prepared and submitted to the regional office
?Coordinate with service providers for regular maintenance and repair of all office equipment and facilities as required
?Maintain and update general office files on reports / memos / policies / procedures / manuals from home office and HK including safekeeping of documents
?Organize company events e.g. annual dinner
?Assist organization of office renovation, relocation, new site set-up and etc.
?Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Country Manager from time to time

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
?Diploma or above in Business Administration/Human Resources and related discipline
?At least 2 years HR/ADM working experience, preferably gained from multinational companies
?Keep strict confidentiality to sensitive information
?Attentive to details, able to work with care and high efficiency
?High accuracy
?Self-motivated and well-organized
?Good computer literacy, including Excel, Word & Power-Point
?Team player attitude, positive, assertive, flexible and customer-oriented
?Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with different levels of associates
?Balance multiple tasks at one time, ability to prioritize
?Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
?Trust worthy and reliable
