JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Implement and lead the Lean Process Improvement Projects in our lab facilities of HK & China
? Use established tools and techniques to gain productivity and efficiency improvements
? Analyze and evaluate existing production methods and recommend ways for improvement
? Plan, analyze, evaluate and enhance techniques and tools to increase productivity of lab performance
? Develop and implement the measurement and reporting system for tracking changes and improvement status
? Create and implement a method for on-going staff training and evaluation in the area of lean


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related disciplines
? 5-10 years related experience in Industrial Engineering in a manufacturing / commercial lab environment
? Proven track record of productivity and efficiency improvements in production environments
? Detailed understanding of lean manufacturing principles and how to implement these into a commercial lab environment.
? High degree of initiative, accountability and strong career-orientation.
? Change management, control skills with general analytical and problem solving ability.
? Interfacing and collaborating with suppliers.
? Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
? Effective communication in English and Mandarin with strong interpersonal skills
? Expertise in MS Office
? Occasional travel is required

OUR BENEFITS:
1. Working 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, overtime pay will be counted legally.
2. Social insurance will be paid by company right in the join-in month, and an extra business insurance will be bought by company after probation (generally 3 months).
3. Double paid at end of the year, bonus excluded.
4. 10 days annual leave in the first year of employment without any salary deduction, 12 days in the second year and 15 days in the third year.
5. 12 days sick leave with salary every year.
