• Coordinate and execute an effective sales plan over a list of strategic accounts.
• Gain detailed understanding of the CHEP business, its markets, customers, competitors, opportunities and threats.
• Establishes relationships with key customers, to maximize growth opportunities and negotiates profitable contracts.
• Understands the custome's business. Develops customer specific sales strategies and plans to implement and deliver new profitable products into the marketplace.
• Contribute to the development of value proposition, sales pitch and other communications/tools
• Identify decision makers and key influencers within each strategic account and develop a network of business relationships that will support plans.
• Set stretch targets for self and challenge others; adequately equipped to achieve them.
• Working according to CHE's standard processes and procedures, utilising CHEP systems and tools.
• Working within the guidelines laid out in the CHEP Vision and Values statement.
• Work on the implementation of new project

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or related field
• Possess a demonstrable track-record of successfully leading national business development teams in B2B customer facing roles, experiences in automotive industry is a MUST
• Sales/customer service in a service company where analysis and attention to detail was a key success factor
• Strong in communication and presentation skills
• Flexible, organized and highly self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Strong organisation, problem solving and time management skills
• Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
