Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily order fulfillment (hire/ de-hire/ trial orders) to achieve on time delivery
- Actively coordinate with operation team to track order progress and feedback to the customers
-Act as the main contact window for prospects, customers and/or sales team for any inquiries to follow up in a timely and correct manner
- Precisely capture contract commercial terms to execute in a correct way
- Maintain customer service related data in public drive to 100% accuracy
- Handle customer complaints and follow up actions with related functions timely
- Drive to shorten cash cycle by keeping healthy billing status to minimize un-issued invoices by actively working with customers, sales team, and AR team
- Play a proactive role in problem identification and resolution across functions when there is any voice from the customers
- After developing a solid understanding of CHEP's business model, systems and processes, pro-actively seek to identify any customer problems/issues that may arise and put forward workable solutions.
- Take part in annual customer satisfaction survey/s and manage dedicated regional follow-up actions or process improvements
- Customer visits occasionally
- Mailing invoices to the customers and make records accurately
- Responsible for Monthly CS department KPI report and other month end reports
- Special projects or tasks to be assigned by CS manager
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in international trade or economics or other relevant major/s
- >6 years working experience in multinational company and >4 years in customer service function with proven track record of performance, preferably in supply chain/logistics field.
- Fluent oral and written English. Other dialects a plus (e.g. Cantonese)
- Proficiency in Computer Skills and Must have ERP knowledge and experience
- Solid data analysis skill
- Strong communication skill to all levels internally and externally
- Solid presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships
- Ability to embrace change
- Have strong learning capability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects with proper time management and handle stress of deadlines
- Strong team player, proactive, willing to take additional responsibilities, eye for details, and able to work independently
