职位描述
Responsibility:
? Providing timely and effective administration support to the Director, Sales FMCG.
? Undertake specific duties such as research projects, team travel and team meeting planning
? Be able to handle multiple demands and activities in a group environment and spend a greater portion of daily schedule supporting the BD Manager's as well with their administrative needs (i.e. editing and printing of sales presentations, coordinating trade shows, expense reports, etc.).
? Conduct telephone surveys/research with customers.
? Create, update, format, print and/or investigate reports for the Director, Sales FMCG: weekly, monthly (as required)
? Temporary support including answering/communicating/resolving queries and monthly expenses claim statement processing
? Analysis of reports, spreadsheets and internet to identify operational trends and potential issues relevant to Sales FMCG dept.
Requirements:
? Advanced computer skills: typing, MS Word (tables, advance merges, graphics), MS Excel (Graphical representation of data, Manipulation of spreadsheets, use of calculations / formulas), MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint.
? Fluent English both in written and oral
? Excellent communication skills to all levels of the business
? Strong organisational and self motivation skills
? Commitment to both working as a team and working independently
? Attention to details, planning ability and meeting reporting deadlines
? High standard of personal grooming and presentation
? Result oriented, willing to learn and work under pressure.
? A team player, well self managed
? CET 8 or TEM 8 level or similar
