Under the general guidance of the General Manager to execute routine secretarial assignments, and clerical support to high level management executives.
The position requires exposure to highly sensitive information and involvement with department heads who based outside of China
Responsibilities:
1. Performing various executive and administrative support duties that are highly sensitive and confidential.
2. Coordinating with project managers to define policy and management system
3. Providing high level reports for management tracking P&L
4. Planning and coordinating arrangements for professional meetings and conferences.
5. Coordinating in office management related activities for the executives.
6. Supporting sales related activities
7. Supporting HR related issue
8. Reading and screening incoming reports and correspondence, making preliminary assessment and organizing documents.
9. Coordinating with clients’ relationship management.
10. Maintain management master data file up to date
11. Providing regular KPIs report to management team
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
13. Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.
14. Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees.
