职位描述：
Job requirements:
1.3-6 years working experience in working as a production coordinator in shoe business;
2.have a good commend of English listening, speaking, Reading and Writing,
3.responsible, active ,detailed and teamwork

Job responsibilities and duties:
(1). Follow up on the technical commercialization processes from tech-package transferred, pullover, fitting sample, CFM sample, grading sample to die test sample.
Step 1:Follow up on the tech-package transference.
prepare and send following information for factory to proceed commercialization, after factories confirmed a new official order from KIA:
a.A initial last and a set of heel & bottom in size 6.(New last)
b.A set of pattern for upper design.
c.Production spec.
d.A set swatch for each colorway.
e.Half pair of each ss sample if possible in all colorway.
Step 2:Working with technicians to push, check and confirm the pullover.
Step 3:Working with technicians to approve the fitting sample.
Step 4:Working with technicians to push and approve the grading sample.
Step 5:Working with technicians to take care of die test sample.
Step 6:Working with technicians to follow up on and confirm the production trail test.
(2).Check color swatch every Factory,every style.If the color swatch confirmed,Factory can order material.
(3). The window of the SD and the factory for the commercialization process and detail issue.
a. Update each factory’s commercialization schedule twice every week: Monday and Thursday and send to SD production team and then attend the production conference vedio meeting every Tuesday and Friday morning at 8:30AM.
b. Update the photo sample log once every week and send to USA side on Thursday.
c. Ask QC manager to check confirmation samples and photo sample if receiving the sample and make invoice for sending the shoes out.
d. Track the sample status and pass confirmation sample comments to related factory.
(4). Working with technician to check and confirm AD sample and Photo sample.
(5). Follow up on the production new style scheduling. 举报 分享
