1.有良好的中文沟通能力，且能同时较好地处理多个工作任务。
2.掌握计算机输入与操作技能，熟悉厂内的门禁系统。
3.要求具备相关的应用知识，如系统操作、手动控制和基本的系统故 障检修。
4.针对突发事件拥有并熟悉所有必须的用于支持事件响应的资源及数据信息（如CCTV置分布、紧急情况联络、突发事件响应程序等）。
5.记录CCTV运作情况。
6.听从上级安排其他事情
