职位描述
Responsibilities /工作职责:
Assist HR manager to deal with recruitment, training and C&B policies and procedures;
Handle employee on-board and exit process, in charge of employee Social Insurance issue;
Maintain employee personal file, and update employee information timely in HR database;
Responsible for employee recruiting and talent searching, update recruiting information timely;
Responsible for preparing, signing and renewing employee contract and process;
Work closely and keep active communication with HR outsourcing vendor;
Responsible for handling Chinese and foreign employees' residence permit, working permit;
Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
协助人事经理完善公司招聘、培训、薪酬等各项制度和工作流程;
负责办理公司员工的入职、离职和社保手续;
负责建立健全员工人事档案,及时更新员工个人信息;
负责公司人员招聘,及时更新各招聘渠道信息;
负责员工劳动合同管理,做好与劳动合同签订相关的各种工作;
负责与人力资源服务供应商沟通和联络,及时处理各项相关工作;
负责公司中外员工居住证、居住许可和工作许可的申请和办理;
完成人力资源经理交办的其他工作。
Requirement /任职条件:
Bachelor degree, working experience in foreign company is preferred;
Must have strong computer skills, Word, Excel, PPT, etc;
Ability to work under pressure and a fast paced delivery oriented environment;
Team player with good personality and working attitude;
Good written and oral English.
本科学历,有外企工作经验者优先;
至少2年相关工作经验,熟悉社保和公积金办理程序;
能熟练操作电脑办公软件,如Word, Excel, PPT等;
能在压力下工作,并能适应快节奏的工作环境;
具有良好的团队协作精神和积极的工作态度,工作认真负责;
良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。
