职位描述：

驻厂客服-东莞松山湖

* 有物流/货代相关行业经验者优先。
* 良好的英语读写能力
* 个性成熟稳定，良好的沟通能力及技巧，具较高工作责任心及团队精神。

Responsibilities:

船务操作及单证制作：

- 发货计划：收集整理PIC发货计划；提交发货计划给office CS与调度；反馈调整订舱结果

-订舱：系统接收Tender，审核并确认提货地址（深圳、东莞）、贸易术语、提货时间；制作booking；发送PIC确认

-发货准备：制作NON-DG(非危险品证明)、收集MSDS(含电池货电池类产品）、 危险品（特殊需求）、填写许可证（终端）、确认特殊服务要求信息(直航/电放提单/高标服务)等，并将特殊服务要求信息传递给office人员；填写载货清单（司机纸）；匹配香港许可证与报关单据；整理陆运舱单信息提供车行，并跟踪车行提供录入截屏，核对截屏并提供给关务；投递空运随货文件/海运报关单证

- 制作提/运单补料及确认跟进，欧洲EMS提前补料传递给船公司

- 收集&整理费用材料

- 商检预约，第三方电子跟踪单（非洲国家清关单据），SONCAP申请(尼日利亚）
整理发货daily report并发送至office人员

- 单证制作：出口/进口/PSI单据
