职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
1. Implement a lean process to secure quality of produced merchandise
2. Manage Footwear QC teams for China and Vietnam
3. Monitor Factory screening for new suppliers
4. Implement mold control plans and follow ups in vendors factories
5. Manage vendors KPI for quality and mold prevention
6. Control costs of QC teams
7. Lead the teams motivation, engagement, ethical behavior and learning
8. Involved in daily operations and problem solving whenever necessary
9. Reporting to management
Position Request ：
1. 10 years experience in the Footwear industry;
2. 5 years experience in a similar position;
3. Excellent command of English;
