Mian job responsibility:
1: The figure responding functionally to the Group COO is responsible for product and process quality.
2: He/she manage all material’s analysis and controls on the production lines, the semi-finished and finished products, ensuring the constant quality of the product level control and the internal production process.
3: In particular, regarding the products took part in the definition and development of the tolerance limits, signals anomalies and contributes in searching for solutions aimed at improving the quality.
4: At the stage of product development he/she is a link with all the departments involved in the process to proactively and preventively ensure the quality standards required.
5: He/she manages relationships with customers and suppliers for all problems inherent non-conformity.
6: He/she manages the company's Quality Management System.
7: He/she manages relationships with customers and with other corporate entities, planning solutions for continuous improvement.
8: He/she manages public relations with external certificators and he/she is responsible for new certifications projects.

Tools
Office (Word, Excel, Access), software (JDE One World, BI) and specific specific software for data processing and product/process control, in particular statistical analysis and flow charts.
English speaking.
