职位描述：
Position: LTE/NB-IoT-Modem System Engineer (SE)
Location: Beijing, China

Responsibilities:
1. Transfer LTE/NB-IoT RAN system requirement and results achieved in the projects by writing reports, arranging and taking part in technical seminars, etc.
2. Coordinate LTE/NB-IOT R&D scrum team in the system management and system design, by Requirement analysis and effort estimation, testing cases review
3. Trial technical management, from beginning till feature release
4. LTE/NB-IoT site performance analysis and improvement

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Tele-communication or equivalent
2. Deep understanding in LTE/NB-IoT RAN technology or other wireless technology such as TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA
3. Good communication skill with Independent decision-making capability
4. Understand LTE/NB-IoT base station infrastructure and related products
5. C/C++ skill is a plus
6. Be self-motivated, good team player committed to working in a continuously improving and quality environment
