JOB SUMMARY职位概述
1. Lead operators complete production target by daily, make sure good quality, work with other team to solve material/fixture/ SOP/design etc abnormal issue to keep line running.领导操作人员完成日常的生产目标，确保质量良好，与其他团队解决物料/维修/ 制造作业程序/设计等异常问题，维护产线正常运作。
2. Strictly implement SOP & FPI, improve cost and material scrap continue to improvement.严格执行制造作业程序和产品指标，降低成本和物料的报废，持续改善。
3. Do well maintenance & operators training make sure good 5S.很好地对技术员和生产员进行培训，确保5S良好。
4. Implement strictly safety production ,follow up NPI严格执行安全生产，跟随新产品导入。
5. Keep good communication with workers and others staff.与员工和职员进行良好沟通。
 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS 报告关系
Report to production supervisors directly.直接汇报给生产主管。

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 职责和基本工作职能
1. Production schedule finish and do well daily production report完成生产计划并做好日常的生产报告。
2. Scrap materials control and return废弃材料控制和回报
3. Operator arrangement and training技术员的安排和培训
4. Quality improve and cost control改善品质和控制成本

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES其他功能和职责

Assist supervisors do line balance lean improvement. 协助主管做精益改善线平衡

QUALIFICATIONS任职资格
Senior high school or above高中或以上

REQUIRED要求
1. Senior high school or above degree高中或以上学历
2. 3 years or above production line leaders management experience, know 4M1E and operation flow 3年以上生产线领导管理经验,知道4 M1E和操作流程.
3. Have good anti-pressure capability and implement strictly supervisor’s arrangement具有很好的抗压能力和严格执行的上司的安排
4. Result-oriented .注重结果
