岗位职责:

1、负责执行营销员各层级制式化系列培训课程在所属分支机构的实施及成效跟进；
2、负责组织及传承营销员指定的制式化系列培训课程相关***讲师认证培训；
3、负责协助总部开发指定的新培训项目；
4、协助支持分公司业务发展工作。

任职资格:

1、教育背景：大学本科及以上，经济、金融、财税优先；
2、工作经验：5年以上营销员渠道培训讲师经验；
3、素质能力：培训和演讲能力，优秀的Office技能。
