Position: IT Engineer,
Report to: Engineering Manager
Main Duties:
1.Proficient in LAN,maintenance,management,can quickly,solve common fault;familiar with the switch, router and other key equipment installation.
2.Maintain various system: telephone system, monitoring system, access control system, attendance system etc.
3.Responsible for the printer, copier, fax machines and other peripherals installation, maintenance work.
4.Be responsible for a variety of applications such as operating system, application software, network connection to solve the problems such as the end user
5.Good communication with the United States IT departments, timely understanding of any IT needs
6.Responsible for the maintenance of the normal operation of the server, the timely processing of data backup
7.Work out the IT policies and procedures, ensure perfect operation system
8.Liaison with external suppliers, ensure the effectiveness of IT equipment and services
9.Condut training for user IT
Job Requirements
Education Background:
1.Undergtaduata university computer science gradustes
Work Experience:
1.More than 2 years of computer support and network management working experience,experience in foreign enterprises
2.Abundant of network management and IT technology skills related to enterprise operation
3.Fault processing ability strong,can handle various emergency affiairs
4.Be familiar with the system program and process
5.Good English reading and writing skills
Necessary Qualification Certificate;
CCNA
MCSE
Other relevant IT technology certification
Personal Qualities
1.High sense of responsibility, good communication ability and high work enthusiasm
2.Able to work independently and with team spirit, and has the ability of self learning and strong
