Responsibilities
1. Participate in manufacturing process selection.
2. Implement and set up manufacturing and testing process/equipment.
3. Orders and coordinates parts for ELU’s, pilot run and production.
4. Coordinates transition plan W/NPD Manufacturing Engineer.
5. Transition Qualified product (QTP phase 1) to manufacturing location.
6. Launch and qualify sellable pilot run (phase 2) & surface potential issues, lean, flow and manufacturability (as required)
7. Other assignment by the company
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in an Engineering discipline or a combination of related experience education is required.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical manufacturing;
3. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with China Local team at all levels.
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
5. English: CET4 certificated is must, CET6 certified is a plus
