REPORTS TO: Team Leader
 
 
 
SUMMARY: As Project Manager – China, You should have rich experience in Children’s product, such as arts and crafts, infant soft toys, art easel, stamps, etc , you will lead daily product development, and quality control departments; Ensure on-time, on-quality shipment of all production& development samples; To work closely with our existing teams in Guangzhou;


 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Direct and coordinate daily activities of product development, production schedule and quality control departments;
? Ensure on-time, on-quality shipment of all production;
? Ensure on-time, on-quality shipment of all product development samples;
? Ensure that the development of all new products is fast, efficient, and effective;
? Manage factory conflict resolution with coordination of Sourcing department as required;
? Coordinate with Sourcing department on new factory selection and development;
? Maintain productive and positive relationships with factories and colleagues.
? Maintain supplier matrix, bringing in new factories as growth or capabilities require;
? Monitor and maintain the health of all suppliers in the matrix, both active and back up suppliers;
? Monitor and maintain supplier compliance to all customer requirements;
? Manage and perform audits per customer requirements;
? Good knowledge of testing and QC standards and packing requirements
? Manage supplier conflict resolution with cooperation of Production team as required.
? Manage development on factory selection or new supplier sourcing as required;
? Maintain productive and positive relationships with factories and colleagues.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
