职位描述：
Ø Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Peform in-dept P&L, balance sheet and cashflow analysis and preparing management report on monthly basis.
? Prepare cost analysis, KPI dashboard, Productivity Reports and benchmark analysis (Performance Dashboards).
? Review and monitor Capex (ROI, Actual vs. Budget, accurate reporting) for accountable PLs.
? Participate in annual budget and quarterly/rolling forecast process.
? Business partnering with specific business units and other departments on finance related issues.
? Assist on monitoring OCF, DSO, problem debtors, and work with credit control to improve collections and cash flow position.
? Liaise with SSC on support services and resolving transaction processing, intercompany issue.
? Ensure compliance with BV Accounting rules (MAG) and Division policies.
? Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Ø Required Education & Experience:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
? At least 2 years accounting/finance experience in MNCs or sizeable organizations; with background of operation finance is an advantage.
? Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
? Independent, hands-on attitude, ability to work under pressure and handle multi-assignments.
? Proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge in ERP system.
? Good command of English and Chinese.
