职位描述：
Principal objective of Position:

Responsible for agreeing shipping priorities with MJN China stakeholders and organizing shipments from the Netherlands to China with third party warehouse and transportation suppliers.
Checking export documentation such as health certificates to ensure they are in line with all China and MJN regulations and requirements.

Key Performance Areas:

1. Ship in line with shipping priorities to ensure correct in market inventory replenishment and no retail level stock out and write off due to shelf life less than 1%
2. Distribution planning and organize loading and shipping with 98% on time in full delivery performance
3. Check export documentation ensuring 100% Document accuracy
4. Coordinate activities with Nijmegen Customer export team, warehouse and forwarders in such a way that no escalations are made to No escalations to associate director planning and logistics by MJN China stake holders.

Quantitative dimensions:

Ensures that the customer service colleagues in Nijmegen and the third party logistic providers perform to target to help achieve the set objectives.

Initiates and implements continues improvement ideas for the Customer Service work processes.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong working relationships with external and internal customers throughout the organization.
Is required to contribute to establishing the operational targets and activities priorities for the China imported products supply process.

Pro active, diplomatic and solution oriented in solving potential DOH issues.

Ability to manage customer expectations is such a way that our customers perceive our service to be “best in industry”.
