Main responsibilities:
？ Responsible for customer support functions and leading a team to grow and maintain key accounts.
？ Translate customer and employee inquiries into actions to support the site business process.
？ Take charge of large quote packages and makes ethical and responsible pricing decisions.
？ Maintain close communication link with Sales team/Customers to sanitize demand trend and support customers' unplanned opportunities
Main requirements:
？ Bachelors Degree
？ Strong management skill, good leadership
？ More than 8years Customer Service relative working experience in large manufacturing sites, at least three years of management experience
？ Fluent English speaking and written
