Job Summary
AppleCare Global Vendor Strategy’s Risk and Compliance team is focused on protecting Apple’s brand by mitigating risk and driving timely compliance within AppleCare contact centres.
The Risk and Compliance Investigator will be focused on investigating activity in the Contact Centre which may impact the Apple brand by partnering closely with the regional Risk and Compliance Manager and Reporting teams.
Key Qualifications
- A self-motivated individual with excellent skills in problem solving.
- Able to work independently, multi-task and resolve issues of a time-sensitive nature with urgency.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing complex data.
- Able to articulate complex issues and solutions with brevity. - Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage, close investigations and update investigation trackers in a timely manner
- Experience in using AppleCare CRM tools and AppleCare Management call recording tools
- Deep knowledge of AppleCare process and procedures
- Proactively identify risks and provide recommendations to drive decreases in known behaviors
