Overall Role:
Program Manager responsible for operational and tactical account management activities and from time to time other given customers. Covering customer program on a Greater China Area level, with engagement internally and externally with multiple countries.
Role & Responsibilities:
? Analyze KPI trends and undertake improvements following analysis
? Manage Customer Escalations and issue resolution above and beyond standard origin and destination-related issues, ensuring that correct escalation process has been followed and communicated.
? Implement new business awards in line with expectations and ensure KPI’s are acknowledged and maintained within the solution delivered.
? Provide information to Key Account Manager with service visibility and actions.
? Support Key Account Manager in external customer presentations form Operation stand point and preparation of QBR’s
? Ensure customer SOP’s are being adhered to and refined at the branch / country and trade lane level
? Monitor Billing and Customer Payments and pro-actively engage departments for timely billing and accuracy. Escalate non-compliance to Key Account Manager.
? Provide Customer end month reports through operating Agility reporting and operational systems, where needed
? Undertake necessary travel Branch / area locations in performing these duties
? Drive cycle time/Cost reduction initiatives (CCI’s)
? Handle ad hoc quotations
? Identify business opportunities and pass to Key Account Manager for development. If no Key Account Manager is assigned, Program Manager will be responsible for the development
? Any other project that assigned by Management
Key Performance Indicators:
? Overall Operational Performance and efficiencies
? Tactical customer engagement and relationship transfer
? Data quality for QBRs and reporting functions
? Tactical and ad hoc new business development (at the opportunity level)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Good logistics and distribution operations understanding.
? Good analytical skills
? Excellent relationship skills
? Ability to work under stress and with tight deadlines
? Good knowledge of all available transportation methods.
? Deep operational knowledge of Agility’s services
? Good knowledge of supply chain activities, including supply chain systems.
? Ability to handle and relate large quantities of data
? Understanding of total supply chain/distribution/logistics concepts and ideas
? Team Player
