职位描述
PURPOSE
Assist Quality Planning of Testing products and components in the Life test lab.
Regular reviews of all New Products to improve their introduction to production with focus on process and factory management procedures.
Carry out testing to support life test requirements and Quality engineer requirements.
Assemble and make test rigs for testing all products.
Assist in setting up a life test lab suitable for Delonghi Group products
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in Quality assurance planning of life testing new products and existing products from all suppliers.
2. Record and write reports for all tests carried out
3. Keep records of all tests carried out.
4. Shift work will be required for monitoring of test lab and may require night work.
5. Testing work for Quality engineers
TASKS
1. New Product and existing life test plan.
2. Work closely with QAA engineers, HK Project Managers and UK quality teams for regular updates and testing.
3. Problem solving whilst carrying out testing for continual improvements
4. Report writing and issuing of all life test reports and improvement program.
5. Recording and maintaining records as applicable
6. Assist to make all life test reports to be available on the intranet system
PLANT, EQUIPMENT, VEHICLES AND TOOLS:
1. Desk top Computer and office equipment as required by the role.
2. Electrical and mechanical test equipment as required by the role.
3. Mechanical and electrical tooling as required by the role.

Suppliers, External test providers, Consultants,
KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
1. Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking and written skills.
2. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Qualification .
3. 3+ years experience in quality and testing
4. Good understanding of Quality testing and testing rigs .
5. Computer literate.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Able to work with others.
8. Organised and disciplined approach to work.
