职位描述：
Job Responsibilities: 
? Space planning: Propose best possible store design solution as directed to project leader.
? Fixture layout: work closely with equipment buyers and merchandising teams to create consumer-led store designs.
? Design Development: work with store construction team to ensure design documents meet design intent.
? Brand and retail experience design.
? Participate and present projects in schematic and design reviews (design intent, site analysis).
? Build and maintain CAD fixture library, CAD standard management

Qualifications:
? Skills and Experience Required
? Bachelor degree in Architecture/ Interior / Retail design.
? Over 3 years design track record and portfolio in interior / retail design;
? Intermediate to Advance drafting skills using AutoCAD, or Vectorworks preferred.
? Working knowledge of architecture detailing, material and finishing specification, technical drawings.
? Professional practice in Interior Design principle & Human Factor ( User-centric design)
? In-tune to industry trends in retail environment, furniture and finishes.
? Passionate about design and innovation.
? Comprehension in professional CAD standards and construction documents ( title blocks, lineweight, layer-management, model space, paper space block library etc.,)
? Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
? Fluent Chinese required, ideally English written and verbal communication skills. 举报 分享
