The Lead Recruiter is responsible for candidate generation through networking and research. The Recruiter works closely with the Lead Recruiters, Hiring Managers, or the Client to define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to provide a qualified candidate pool for requisitions.
【工作职责】
1、Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companies
2、Develops a network of referrals
3、Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates
4、Performs queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates
5、Searches the internet using search engines, user groups or blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates
6、Sources, screens, and submits candidates to the Client focal as assigned
7、 Identifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates
8、Other administrative tasks as needed
9、 Keeps Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
10、Performs other miscellaneous duties as required by management
【职位要求】
1、 Experience in functional recruitment ideally with industry experience in agri-business, chemicals, life sciences or engineering in an RPO, corporate or agency environment.
2、 Experience with computers, including internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications
3、 Experience of sourcing techniques with ability to use multi-channel approach to source high quality candidates including direct sourcing and social media channels
4、 Experience with a web-based applicant tracking system, previous experience of Taleo a plus.
5、 Strong knowledge of functional recruitment best practices
6、 Ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously, prioritize and work against deadlines
7、 Adaptability in approach and work style to meet changing demands, circumstances, and fast-paced environments
8、 No travel is required for this role.
9、 Have a strong local recruiter
10、 本科以上学历,有相关工作经验能胜任者可放宽到大专以上
11、 优秀的英语读写能力,口语不作要求
12、 具备较强的招聘能力,熟悉当地的市场环境(knows how to recruit in agri-business and the types of roles we have open in Nantong)
【薪酬福利】
1、月薪6000-9000元,十三薪
