New circuit and network technologies deployment.
1st level support for Store Network equipment in Asia Stores and Data Center including installation, configurations and ongoing maintenance
Performance monitoring for MPLS, Point to Point and Internet circuits in Asia and escalate to Telecom provider for SLA issues.
Analyze circuit traffic pattern and provide optimization/upgrade plan before business being impacted
Network Security Monitoring and alert
Work with System teams to enhance Applications performance
Work with internal and external groups to establish and address root-cause analysis of issues
Backup to Corp Network team on Holiday seasons


Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related experience preferred
3 -5 years technical work experience in a multi-national environment
Industry recognized certifications preferred (CCNE, CCNA) In-depth understanding of local and wide area network concepts - IP routing protocols and topologies (OSPF, BGP, MPLS), physical and virtual switching technologies, VLANs
In-depth knowledge of Cisco equipment and operating systems, including configuration of routers, switches, and wireless networks (802.11x).
In-depth knowledge of deploying and supporting MPLS, Point To Point circuit , VPN and WAN Accelerator technology
Experience in Network Security, such as IPS, Websense, Aruba
Experience in trouble shooting and supporting remote offices through 3rd parties
Strong knowledge and troubleshooting of TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, DNS, and Microsoft Browsing, Microsoft Internet Information Services and Active Directory Services
Working knowledge of Citrix Presentation Server, Windows 2003 and 2008 and VMware ESX in a Data Center environment
Excellent written and oral communications skills both in English and Mandarin
Analytical person and good presentation skills for teams with different background to understand the issue and solution
Adaptable and flexible person
Person who has a strong sense of responsibilities and ownership
