职位描述：
Job Duties:
1. Understand company’s quality standards and ensure the quality of components in line with same.
2. Provide technical expertise solutions to Suppliers in case of technical problems due to drawing, components etc., and ensure the quality of outsourced Components as per company’s standards.
3. Ensures reliability and deliver “zero defects” product.
4. To proactively drive supplier to deliver quality material.
5. Coordinating incoming inspection activities.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams i.e., assembly, machine shop, purchase, technical and other departments to execute the Components & machine clearance as per the plan.
7. Evaluate the CAPA from suppliers for the NCR.
8. Supporting product quality for resolving customer complaints on regular basis.
9. Conducting Quality Management system audit as per the MR office plan.
10. Organize supplier committee meeting periodically to review the supplier’s performance and Support/Execute supplier development plan as assigned by Quality Manager.
11. Carryout New and existing suppliers Evaluation/Audit.
12. Focus on continuous improvements of quality process and procedures, productivity improvements, waste elimination, standardization etc.,
13. Set the standards and lead by example.
14. Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the products, quality procedures & standards, technology, trade practices, etc.
15. Handle any other activities assigned by superiors based upon the organization requirement.

Requirements:
1. Hands on experience in handling machined components inspection (precision, light and heavy), heavy fabrication inspection, casting, surface treatment & sheet metal parts inspection, Knowledge of Electrical Components.
2. Good communication and technical skills.
3. Good customer and quality orientation.
4. Good knowledge on problem solving tools like 7QC tools, 8D etc.
5. Experience in handling Suppliers and third party inspections.
6. Good knowledge of QMS system.
7. Good problem solving and decision making ability.
8. Should have positive energy and energize others.
9. Good eye-for-details and grasping.
10. Ability to work independently.
11. High result and quality orientation.
