职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
Product development
a) Participate in as technical referent to define and validate the functional requirement specifications of products initiated by marketing/customer team
b) Support competition and benchmarking activities by evaluating competitor products and by reviewing technological knowledge generated by for instance the T&D or suppliers
c) Safeguard product requirements, define CTQ, module requirements, and the related validation tests
d) Work with technical designer, plan the product development activities and ensure progress is in line with the project planning
e) Facilitate technical quality evaluation of the concept using techniques like DFSS, DFMEA and MFEA and ensure the follow up
f) Within technical team manage development and validate product architectures, modules and components in line with specifications, costs and quality standards. Integrate optical, mechanical, thermal and electronic building blocks
g) Initiate and follow t suppliers of critical components or building blocks on technical development trends and roadmap analysis
h) Ensure consistency of product architectures within and if possible beyond application clusters (standardization and rationalization of technical solutions)
i) Transfer the validated technical concept to project team, and support the Factory Development team at the site industrializing the product

JOB REQUIREMENTS职位要求
a) Education学历: 专科以上, Electrical/optic/mechanical engineering background
b) Experience工作经验: more than 8 years working experience as product designer, or more than 5 years system architect experience in LED lighting product, stage and entertaining lighting products (在LED 照明,舞台和娱乐灯光产品架构设计)
