Responsibility
1. In charge of employee recruitment. According to the recruiting requirement, complete the requirement process and meet the recruitment goal.
2. In charge of employee on-board management, dismissal management, and labor contract renewal.
3. Support and organize staff performance evaluation.
4. Establish a good communication environment with staff, maintain staff relationship, and plan staff activity.
5. In charge of workplace health and safety in line with social compliance standard and law.
6. In charge of staff training programs.
7. Assist HR Manager in other tasks assigned.

Requirements:
1. University graduate or above;
2. 2-3 years of HR working experience ;
3. CET-4 or above, simple communication in written & spoken English;
4. Microsoft PPT, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and ERP
