职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Interpret concepts for soft good designs to meet aesthetic and cost requirements
? Work with internal workshop and suppliers on soft goods development
? Ensure manufacturability of soft goods
? Provide professional aesthetic judgments and technical inputs to designers and engineers during development and production stages

Requirements:
? At least 3-5 years relevant experience in fabric development or textile engineering / manufacturing, preferably in toys industry
? capability to research and follow fashion, aesthetic trends and new materials
? Strong sense and understanding of overall responsibility and project management from initial development stage till mass production ramp up.
? Good presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
? Proficient PC skills
