DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

Flex has created the Flex Building Group segment (FBG) to support YTWO
Formative (http://www.ytwoformative.com/), a revolutionary joint
venture that uses technology and supply chain solutions to transform
the building and housing industries. FBG provides supply chain,
sourcing, manufacturing, IT and other services in support of YTWO
Formative's customers.



FBG is quickly growing and requires an experienced HR Business Partner
to help it build and develop its organization across three regions
(Asia, Europe, and Americas).



The Flex Building Group HR Business Partner is responsible for
partnering with FBG leadership to build a dynamic organization that
delivers significant and sustainable growth. This role will report to
the VP & HRBP for Flex New Businesses. He/she will indirectly
report to the Senior VP & General Manager for Flex Building Group,
primarily serving him and his global leadership team. The position is
based in Shenzhen, China.



He/she will:

* In consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues, develop and
deliver an HR strategy for meeting business needs.

* Provide advice and support to business leaders on strategic HR
matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent
management, career development, etc.

* Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such
as strategic recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training,
performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation
planning and review) for the business segment.

* Drive employee communications within business segment.

* Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new
programs, systems and processes as required

* Responsible to support compliance policies and its effective
implementation.



Job Requirements:

* Bachelor or above degree, major in Human resource or related

* Have a minimum of 10 years HR generalist experience inmultinational
company, especially from the building industry

* Strong project management, process management, analytical and
consulting skills. Judgment, initiative, and tenacity demonstrated in
an environment of rapid change.

* Skill & Ability: Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for
results. Sound knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management
and HR practices. Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency
in business partnership.

* Fluent in Spoken and Written English Skill.

* Able to travel as required : an expectation of 10-20% travel
(including international).
